The level of training and experience expected varies according to the type of position sought.

In general, we are looking for candidates who have:

• A relevant degree in their field (e.g. accounting, finance, finance, management, marketing, HR or related field)
• A solid understanding of the issues related to their specialty, whether in an operational or strategic context
• Relevant professional experience, whether you are at the beginning of your career (internship or first job) or already experienced
• A mastery of the key tools or concepts in your field of expertise (e.g.: advanced Excel, Google suite, accounting concepts, professional writing, etc.)

Even when applying spontaneously, it is important that you clearly specify in your application the type of role you are looking for, as well as the skills and experiences that distinguish you.
