Thierry Nantel, CPA, is an expert in mergers and acquisitions with over 20 years of experience in business development and strategic finance. Before founding TTC Nantel, he held executive positions in M&A and corporate development at major companies in the media, healthcare, and energy sectors. His expertise includes business valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and the management of buy- and sell-side processes, ensuring optimal transactions for his clients.
Didier Cyr, M.Sc has over five years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, business development and supply chain management. A specialist in financial modeling, he excels in data analysis and the development of analytical solutions. Trilingual (French, English and Spanish), it is distinguished by its ability to link strategic issues to technical solutions.
Charles Alexandre Gaumond is currently finishing his career at HEC Montréal in order to obtain the CPA title. Passionate about corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, he brings an analytical and structured perspective to transactions. It contributes to business valuation, financial analysis and due diligence reviews. Her rigorous approach and methodical spirit support the effective execution of mandates and the optimization of transactions.
With experience in consulting, in particular at EY Paris and at Fincley consulting, he brings a structured and data-oriented approach to mandates. At TTC Nantel, he continues his evolution by contributing to financial modeling, business analysis, due diligence and the preparation of presentations, supporting the smooth execution of transactions.
